Audiovisual realised in collaboration with the sculptor Gioni David Parra on the occasion of his exhibition Dalla Lunae alle Stele, set up at the Piagnaro Castle in Pontremoli (MS) from June 15 to July 28, 2024. The collaboration was an opportunity to enter into a close relationship with the works of Gioni, presented in Pontremoli by the Cris Contini Contemporary Gallery in Venice: protagonist of contemporary Italian sculpture, with a strong sense of matter and colour, Gioni David Parra works stone, mainly marble. In his creations called Bladelight, (blades of light), the marble, worked and translated into sharp sculptural elements, loses body and weight to acquire symbolic lightness thanks to the suspension and base installations. Following the cornerstones of sculpture: the full and the empty, the geometric and the indefinite, the whole and the broken, the artist emphasises the topical traits using the gold leaf, which transcends its classic decorative meaning.
